Imagine that I need to change image A that is already in the report with image B that is stored in my PC.
Image A has a certain width, height, X Position, Y Position and link. I would like to change to image B but maintaining the format of image A. Is it possible?
Right now in order to get what I want I need to:
- insert image B
- copy format from image A to apply the same link to image B
- manually modify width, height, X Position and Y Position by copying from image A
- delete image A
- update bookmark
It's a really tedious process, especially if you have to modify multiple images and you are working with multiple bookmarks. It would be nice if you could simply replace the image keeping the format.

Change image option for static images

change picture option
mimic functionality that exists in PowerPoint. This will allow a change of a picture within PowerBI Desktop and maintain all attributes (including selection and bookmark settings) of existing picture/image. I have embedded instructional manual as a picture on each page of a dashboard and whenev...
