If one project you have selected the Lock objects option from View panel, and you save the project, keep it selected next time you open the project.
On the November update, each time you open Desktop, this option appear deselected.

customers want to keep the text box fixed and simply change the content inside it, i hope this feature is reflected.

I agree this needs to be added once we lock objects keep them locked until it is unlocked manually.

PBI needs to persist lock objects. Better yet, implement something like Visual Studio where I can lock control/visual positions but allow the control/visual to be sizable independently. As it currently is, when I close the PBI file I have to run through and make sure none of the visuals accidently moved because of an inadvertent mouse click. That is a waste of time.

Agreed - the 'lock objects' should have a persistent mode, wonder why this was not considered, it should be a must for sharing dashboards.

need to lock it every time i start a .pbix. sorry, but this is stupid.
