    Allow Publishing of Datasets to Group Workspaces only to Admins and not Members

    Even a member of a group workspace can publish the dataset. We need to be able to limit the publishing to group workspaces only to Admins.

    Wow really? A member with view-only privileges can still publish to a group workspace?

    To further comment on this. I have the following 2 environments (group workspaces):
    Staging: Where business analysts can use PBI Desktop to create measures and columns and publish the dataset to the cloud. Once they are satisfied with the results, they hand over the changes to IT for production deployment.

    Production: On IT can publish to this environment. The business still owns the Cloud and business analysts can still create reports and dashboards.

    The problem with this is that the business analysts may still publish unapproved datasets to production group workspace by accident. I think it will be beneficial to control what group spaces can or can't a PBI desktop user see before publishing.
