It should be possible that I can pin a tile from a report, which is located in the App Workspace, to a personal dashboard, which is located in My Workspace and not everyone of the App Workspace can see it.
In Power BI, currently there is no way to customize a page or the dashboard based on user privileges. Customization will allow me to make one report with all data and then share it to others based on their user privileges instead of duplicating the report and customizing it for each user.
