Localized date formats need to be consistently applied across the tools
I use Australian date format dd/mm/yyyy locally. No matter how I try to configure settings, browser settings, etc. I keep seeing US date formats in various places throughout the tools.

Across the whole product, there is currently a weird inconsistency about how bit and boolean values are handled, with 1, 0, TRUE, FALSE, etc. This needs to become a single consistent experience.
