Wrapping column headers would allow users to visually see more columns and structure them to make better business decisions.

The ability to freeze pane columns would allow users to lock a certain set of columns like workorder number/status. This would allow for easier horizontal scroll to ensure you can visually see the related data much easier.

Wrapping text in a row would allow users to reduce clicks into each record as they may be able to read the necessary information to the record without having to navigate through the record. Today you have to click into each record as most information is cut off / not visible due to wrapping.
