Add support for customized bin size and starting values in Histogram visual
The histogram visual was a great start, but to use it effectively we need to be able to control the parameters (starting value, bin widths/ranges, etc.). I find myself using custom code to manage this far more than I'd like to. Can we get this built-in to the histogram visual?
