Allow Preview Features to be enabled programmatically (registry, etc.)

Please allow us to enable preview features without going through the UI.

I work in an environment that leverages VDI extensively. We’ve added Power BI Desktop to the image, but now would like to know if it is possible to enable preview features (currently Shape Map and Esri control) via any programmatic route other than doing it manually through the UI.

Since the VDI image gets reset each time the user logs in/out, the current workflow is that in every session they must enable the preview feature, close Power BI Desktop, and re-launch it. My hope is that we could set it somehow in the image to enable specific preview features to minimize the impact to the users.
