Restricting navigation from dashboard to reports
We have a dashboard which consists visuals pinned from report on dashboard, now we need to block the navigation from that dashboard to the Report. i.e. we only need to show that pinned report No Navigation required.

Dynamic Filter Selection based upon logged in user.
Is there any way (Using DAX) to determine that the user is XYZ and not ZYX and set filters automatically based upon that. So if I am from region A I should get reports filtered based upon region A and so on.
