RLS Membership to be defined on PBI Desktop
Currently, when I can define only roles in PBI desktop. If we can find a way to define Role membership (who belongs to which role) in PBI desktop that will also be great

Conditional Formatting needs to be applied to summary value
Conditional Formatting defined on a column in table is not getting applied to its summary value, this makes life difficult. Please apply the conditional formatting to summary value as well.
