REST API Cmdlet for getting all outstanding Pending Access requests

There is no way to find out all app or report pending access requests. App pending access requests can be found out by going to each app and clicking on update app, and report pending access requests can be found out by going to "Manage Permissions" under each report.

It would be good to have a way to be able to get all the outstanding pending access requests via a REST API call (or some other method) as otherwise there's no practical way to ensure that there's no outstanding pending access request (as it would involve going into each workspace and each report to check).
