I’m writing to request an enhancement in Power BI that would greatly improve the exporting of reports to PowerPoint, especially when dealing with scrollable visuals such as matrix tables that contain more data than can fit on a single screen.
When exporting a report page with visuals that require scrolling (e.g., large matrix tables), the export process scrolls back to the top, capturing only the visible portion. This requires manual workarounds like taking screenshots of different sections, which is inefficient and time-consuming for users managing large datasets.
If Power BI could export the entire content of scrollable visuals or allow exporting from a bookmarked position, it would solve this issue and improve the workflow for many users who rely on detailed, data-heavy visuals.
I appreciate all the great features Power BI already offers and hope this request can be considered in a future update.

RE: Enable Power BI to Export Reports to PowerPoint Without Scrolling to the Top
Isn't this what reportbuilder is for?

This is an unbelievable idea!

I completely agree with this suggestion! Being able to export the full content of scrollable visuals would save so much time for users who deal with complex, detailed reports. The current manual workaround of capturing each section separately is not only inefficient but also introduces the potential for errors when piecing it together. Having an option to export the entire visual at once, or from a bookmarked view, would greatly enhance the overall experience and accuracy of report sharing. This would be a game-changer for many users working with large datasets
