    Please give a option to change a report from Import Mode to Direct Query Report

    If there is a option for changing from Import Mode to direct Query mode reports it will be a great help for developers because if datasets having huge data the import mode reports are taking lot of time to apply query changes. We already have a option from Direct Query to Import Mode.

    Tableau allows this (Extract to Live)

    Hello, I fully support this idea! Especially if there is no further PowerQuery modification beside the connect step I don't see why it shouldn't be possible to toogle back from import to direct query. Big advantage would be to NOT rebuild all relationships and RLS settings - which is a hell of (none value adding) work in big datasets.

    Due to many features in Import mode that are not supported in the DirectQuery mode, it’s not possible to switch from Import Mode to DirectQuery Mode.
