    send emails to members of the workspace

    I would like an easy way to notify subscribers/members of a workspace of new reports that are published, or changes to existing reports.
    ideally we would send an email with a word document in it explaining the changes?

    My UC to this is, having an easy way to inform the workspace about a current outage of the system, i.e. failing refreshes of a dataset.
