Column level filtering within table or matrix visuals

Visual Filtering is nice - but having the ability to filter each columns by different criteria would be very-very helpful and more user friendly. Example, in our business two of our top metrics are based on ticket statuses, One metric used a, 'Closed' & 'Work complete', status, and the other metric is based off 'Closed' status.

We have to create two visuals to put custom filtering. Having this in one table or matrix - but being able to filter within the selected column would be powerful.

The idea is to create one visual - that can contain the columns needed, without the user having to filter for specif statuses to get their metric.
