It would be really useful if You could get our reporting against the History of Pipeline useage
For example Date of Deployment to Test?, Who Deployed? What items were deployed? New, Amended deleted?
Date of Deployment to Production, Who Deployed? What items were deployed? New, Amended deleted?
That would be so useful to be able get the history of what was going on within the pipeline

We have released 'Deployment history' where you can now see all latest logs of your pipelines deployments:

This is something that is missing big time. Please bump its priority. We have no idea who pushed the change and when.
