Allow workspace admins to disable subscriptions in a workspace

We have some workspaces that are used for reports which contain internal, confidential or highly confidential data and we would have a requirement to be able to stop people at the workspace level from being able to subscribe to reports and dashboards.

If the ability was given to workspace admins to turn off subscriptions for reports contained in a specific workspace or allow a workspace admin to turn off subscriptions at the individual report level in a workspace this could be considered a win. At present, workspace admins have to create their own internal process to check subscriptions on a regular basis. Although this control is effective, it still opens the potential for someone subscribing to a report in between subscription reviews and forwarding an email outside the organization.
