    Manage all email subscriptions across all workspaces

    I think it would be good to be able to have something similar to the "Manage All Subscriptions", except you can see your subscriptions across all workspaces rather than just the one you are in.

    I think this should allow you if you an Admin see all the created subscription, not just the one's created by you, it will asist with the user managment
