    Could we have a script editor in PBI Desktop that allows us to script a series of commands>?

    It seems very time consuming to have to individually create each new table and series of field calculations. Would be great if I could just script the entire thing?

    Are you looking for something like the Get Data->Other->Blank Query.

    You can script the creation of a table there.
