    All Non-Pro Users to view R Visuals in Dashboards & Reports in Premium Apps

    We have developers building visuals using R in our Premium tenant. When published to end consumers via Apps, Power BI still requires end users to have a Pro license in order to see the visualizations either those pinned to dashboards or physically within the reports. We propose dropping this requirement to be licensed to view Apps intended for non-Pro users (consumers)
