    Extend Dynamic M Parameters to work with T-SQL based data sources

    Please extended this new feature so it works for the older connectors too

    Essentially fixing it so it works with these data sources:

    T-SQL based data sources: SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, Synapse SQL pools (aka Azure SQL Data Warehouse), and Synapse SQL OnDemand pools
