As an organisation, this is a chart type which is favoured by management to compare forecasts with targets by business area. To achieve it, we have to use Think-Cell, as PowerBi does not offer and is therefore preventing us from automating certain management reporting.

This would help provide a level of detail in an easily consumable way. My use case is for Project Controls purposes on projects where trends and changes are logged against categories and reasons and projects so being able to see a waterfall of approved changes, changes in review and draft changes by category is good i.e., you can easily see what the biggest impacts are (cost, quantity, time, etc)...but to be able to stack each bar or show the split of say draft changes due to resequencing of works by project would be very helpful, then use a right click drill down to get to more detail. At the moment you would have to start the drill down from a higher level.

It has been posted since 2016.. ANY UPDATE??? Come on it's already 2022!! Really need that basic stacked waterfall chart!
