    Interactive header always display over visuals instead of hiding them

    Usability issue.

    When you have visuals on a page and have things like drill down and visual header tooltip. If there isn't a lot of room, the visual header disappears behind other visuals next to that visual

    We have had usability feedback that this is very confusing for the user so it would be great if you could tweak it so that the interactive header is always sat in front of the visuals making it easier to use
