Allow each user to set an auto-refresh time interval. Also allow the user to pause the auto-refresh if needed. To date i have not been able to get the reports to refresh automatically. The end users have to manually click the refresh button at the top of the screen. Simply need the app to refresh the report/dashboard based upon the end-user desired frequency in minutes.

RE: Add a Auto refresh setting in the mobile Power BI app
Hi,
In PowerBI we have a few ways of refreshing the data you see.
First, there’s a data set refresh – this query the various data sources and updates the data model – you can read all about it here:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-refresh-data/
Second, you can refresh your PowerBI mobile apps view of the data.
Since reports allow interaction, we can’t allow an automated refresh of the data – consider a case where you slice and dice a data set and the results and slicing options constantly change on you
To accommodate this we allow the user to manually refresh the report. This is done by navigating away from the report and back to it. Every time you access a report it is refreshed with the latest data from the model.
Hope this clears the question here.
RE: Add a Auto refresh setting in the mobile Power BI app
My report is loaded and does not get refreshed when data gets refreshed in the powerbi cloud. I want not to close the ipad app and to re-open it. Too much clicking....
RE: Add a Auto refresh setting in the mobile Power BI app
Mobile apps do not refresh data at all unless we have to close the powerBI apps and open it again. It's really annoying.

Yes, we all need an option to auto-refresh reports/dashboards in mobile app!
And it should work for on-premise Power BI too.
