On the Manage Gateways page, add the ability to sort data sources ascending or descending within a particular gateway. Also, add the ability to categorize data sources within a gateway by 1.) Data Source type and/or 2.) Custom categorization. My team currently has 30+ gateway data sources to manage, and without organization of the gateway data sources, it's difficult to find what you are looking for as an administrator of the gateway.

Sort and search is coming up soon, but categorization is not planned. Please keep voting for categorization.

How is this not a thing?! With tons of connections it's going to be impossible to keep them all organised. This needs to happen.

When the number of connections increases in the gateway, the list gets longer and harder to manage. In my company we have ~40 connections configured and growing quickly.
I'd like to see ways of organizing the connections into folders (could have it based on a business unit , application etc.) .
At the very least, please make the sequence of connection names alphabetic

Enable folder creation for managing data gateways. This will allow Data Sources to be organized into containers. Example, Sales Data Sources, Finance Data Sources, or SQL data Sources, SharePoint data sources.

RE: Add the ability to Sort (A,Z) and Categorize Gateway Data Sources

In the "Manage Gateways" page, allow some sort of organization of gateways and data sources. Data sources are currently arranged in the order they were added, which makes it harder to locate a source or manage multiple sources. Some sort of organization is needed, even if its just sorting them alphabetically. Ideally there would be options for searching, sorting, or nesting based on name, date, data source type, privacy level, user, etc.

We have over 500 gateways and it is difficult to locate a particular item. Alphabetical order would be appreciated.

Definitely agree with folders, categorization and sorting.
And please put security on the folders, so we can allow users to create/manage their own connections!

We are a big company and it's just a mess even with naming conventions.

Also allow Category/folder level security so we can allow users to create/manage their own connections.
We have hundreds of connections to manage.
