We need a PowerBI User role for our organization that falls in between "Viewer" and "Contributor". This would need to be a "Consumer" sort role between the existing "Viewer" and "Contributor" roles, where users can do everything as they do today as Viewers plus being able to "Save a Copy" of the report on a different Works[ace, mainly "My Workspace", but without being able to "Edit" reports as the "Contributor" role allows it. Therefore, keeping the integrity of the original report intact. Thanks.

To be clear - "Save a copy" is already available from the reporting app. What is needed is for the "Download a copy" feature to be enabled. Better still - provide a feature to create measures in the saved copy directly in personal workspace on service.Background: Currently this is available only to a contributor. This must be enabled in such a way that the user is able to use the features such as creation of measures that is available only in the desktop version of the report and it requires the user to have contributor access which also allows the user to change the semantic model.

also this feature must be available from the Power BI Reporting App - where the reports can be organized in a business friendly way rather than a plain listing of reports and semantic models in a workspace.
