    sort by absolute value

    You can sort by a value ascending or descending, but I want to be able to sort by the absolute value so that the big deltas are on top.

    I know I can create a new measure that calculates the absolute value, but then that measure has to be in my visual and it is then clunky to hide it.

    Definitely streamline the process to just be able to sort by it.

    This is necessary to use excellent matrix charts to sort variances by magnitude. Excellent idea.
