You can get the class columns and the populated balance sheet tables using this connector: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-gb/product/web-apps/vidicorpltd1717496723264.qbo-powerbi-connector?tab=Overview

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

I do not think it is working anymore. Intuit changes their login security

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

The QBO connector is missing fields. We use Location and Class Tracking. It has to be turned in QBO which it is but it's not part of the connector app. Can this be modified?

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

You can use Skyvia Connect to expose live Quickbooks Online data as Odata, and then easily connect it to Power BI - https://skyvia.com/connect/quickbooks-odata

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

Can anyone direct me to how to use "Invoke Functions", "fxEntity", or "fxReport" within Power BI while connected to Quickbooks online? I'm trying to downlaod the data of a custom report that i've made in QBO.

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

I have connected quickbooks online plus to Power BI. Apparently it shows that the data has been connected, however, I can see only the heads. The inside data is incomplete like I can only see the title Balance Sheet while the data within Balance Sheet is missing. Please help me resolve this issue

RE: Intuit QuickBooks Online

I have the same issue as Raj. I am the QBO master admin and can successfully authorize QBO but I get this error afterwards with every attempt:

Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials you provided for the data source are invalid. Please ensure the credentials you have provided for all the data sources are valid.
