I think it would be a good idea to add a possibility for admins to deleting unused workspaces. Because what happens if an employee leaves the company and has created workspaces in which an admin is not a member?

RE: Ability to delete unused workspaces as admin

YES! - I really like the new ability to get access as an admin to My Workspaces, Announcement link: Announcing My workspace governance improvement (Public Preview) | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI - but I do not see the ability to delete if needed. I do understand that a personal (My) workspace would automatically delete after 90 days after an employee leaves a company but that is only if the user is deleted from the systems. Some orgs need to keep those users in for compliance reasons but in an inactive state for some time. Adding delete ability via the PBI Admin portal for workspaces to include Personal ones would be highly appreciated.

RE: Ability to delete unused workspaces as admin

A PowerBI admin can add himself/herself as a workspace admin to any regular workspace and then delete it if that's desired. However this idea would be great to implement for 'Personal Group' workspace type, i.e. the "My workspace" of each user. We have tons on them visible in the Admin portal, a good number of which are from former employees that left the company. It would be great to be able to cleanup those personal workspaces as well.
