Excel has an option for changing where the axis crosses in a bar chart (Format Axis -> Axis Options -> Vertical Axis Crosses -> Axis Value). Its so basic and very useful. I couldn't find that option on Power BI.

This is a feature that I use in excel all the time in charts that track drilling progress in the oil and gas industry. It would really help my transition to power bi if it became available.
