Add the ability to add a time and date stamp to data exported to excel from table visuals

We have various reports on the Power BI Service that have table visuals that users can export to excel. It would be good to have the functionality to add a date and time stamp to the exported file which shows the date and time of export (to allow for easier monitoring of data retention policies). Please can Microsoft consider adding the functionality to add a header/footer with this information?

Maybe like the little line at the end of the export that states the filters that were applied to the visual?

We can use the workaround of making a measure using NOW() and adding this to the table, but this looks quite messy and makes in harder to use the data.
