For example, right click a bar in bar chart, then, pop up context menu "export data". And user choose "export data", then, data regarding clicked bar will export to csv file.
At this moment (08/01/216), Power BI Service provide export function from each visualization component and this feature could be workaround.
But, our customer said these operations are not natural because they need more clicks to do so.

RE: Right click download feature
'I'm trying to explain more detail.
Our customer wants to retrieve filtered data.
Assume below,
- A Customer has “sales detail” fact data(like OrderID, ItemID, Amount, Subtotal price)
- After import this data to PowerBI service, they create “Bar chart” in their PBI report.
- In analyzing process, the customer wants to dump filtered raw data. (for example, particular ItemID)
To satisfy with above situation with current PowerBI features,
they should use Bar chart and Slicer because Export feature doesn’t work for self-slicing. (If I choose a bar on bar chart and then export data, all data is included in exported csv file.)
And they should operate with three clicks,
1) click slicer to choose particular ItemID,
2) click bar chart to present export menu,
3) click export menu, to dump their filtered data.
This looks like natural way in data analytics world, however our customer’s customer is not BI specialist.
Our customer said "these operations are un-natural for end user".
