QR code scanning has been added to the mobile functionality, but an awesome addition would be to scan UPC barcodes, allowing a user to lookup data in a retail location or warehouse setting.

Hi, With the new Power BI scanner for iPhone, you can now scan barcodes printed on products or shelves at your store. This will display related reports filtered by the scanned value. Hi - is there a way to use the Power BI barcode scanner function for timekeeping for manufacturing or construction.
For example, to charge time worked to a shop order:
1. Scan barcode for the subject shop order
2. Enter the number of hours to charge
3. Submit time entry (loaded into a database or a PowerBI table

This is a great idea. If you want manufactures to use Power BI on Mobile, it is a great addition to scan any product (eg in a Supermarket) and bring up sales stats
