Schedule refresh to run on the first day of the month/first day of the week/etc

Often it is required to schedule data sources based on certain business needs.

One of those is the flexibility to schedule a refresh on a given time.

For instance, we have tables in the DW that are refreshed once a month, and that refresh is done during the overnight of the first day of the month.

In PowerBI we can't "say" to refresh a data source based on such requirement. Or we schedule it daily (which doesn't makes sense because the data is the same) or we need to manually run it.
