My charts are partially transparent because I use a background in my sheet. When going into focus mode this gets confusing, because all other content of my sheet (other charts and stuff) now shine through the enlarged chart. When entering focus mode, transparency should go to 0% automatically. An alternative could be that only the sheet background is reproduced in focus mode.

I have a similar issue. My reports have a dark color background and I utilize white font. Looks great until you go to focus mode and the white font blends with the background. Seems that the formatting utilized on the report should flow through to the focus mode.

THIS IDEA IS VERY KEY.. THE CURRENT FOCUS MODE LAYOUT IS VERY TRANSPARENT AND MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO FOCUS ON THE SELECTED REPORT.. AS JUAN POINTED OUT IDEALLY THE TRANSPARENCY SHOULD BE 0% OR FOCUS MODE CAN BE DESIGNED TO BE A NICE DIALOGUE BOX POP UP... WHICHEVER THE CASE, THIS IS A PERTINENT PROBLEM.

This is a simple but important feature for everyone.
After all, this is all about reporting/dashboards so we need/must create attractive and branded material that can get pretty messed up and a big hassle to manage if problems like this exists.
