    Viewer Role should have the ability to pin visuals to Dashboards

    Since RLS works in Dashboards, any viewers would only see data they have access to. Please allow the viewer role access to Pin tiles to Dashboard.

    Many users in my organization are requesting to pin visuals to their own personal dashboards. We need a role that is below "contributor" to allow this pinning functionality without granting them the ability to create, edit, and delete content on the workspace.
