Simplify Access to Visier HR Analytics Data with a Certified Visier Connector for Power BI

We are an analytics platform specializing in HR data, catering to large enterprise companies and partners who bring thousands of small-company customers to our ecosystem. Our customers rely on our platform to combine, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, delivering insights that are challenging to achieve elsewhere—such as workforce movement analysis and cohort insights.

Many of our customers have existing executive dashboards that combine non-HR data from other platforms, and they need a seamless way to integrate their HR data from Visier into these dashboards. While our current custom connector serves this need, the manual setup process—requiring the download of the signed connector file, and registering our certificate thumbnail—is cumbersome and a frequent source of friction for our users.

A certified connector available directly in Power BI would remove this barrier, ensuring a smoother, more secure experience for our customers. With such a connector, our customers could continue to build and update their complex dashboards effortlessly, improving the adoption of HR analytics insights across their organizations.

This idea has significant demand, as our connector is already in daily use by many customers. Certification would also help us scale adoption and meet enterprise expectations for ease of use and reliability.
