Locked filters should be able to overwite personal bookmark

Hello,

I would like to point out a problem we identified with personal bookmark with the standard version.

Context

As a matter of fact, we do have about 200 users with access to a global report and half of them may have a personal bookmark on it.

Some days ago, we made a change in a tabular cube including more data.

But we don't want theses new data to be included in this specific report, we want it to be unchanged.

So : A simple filter has been added to restrict theses data

Unfortunately : we saw this filter was not forced to personal bookmark, meaning we have no power to restrict what they did once the report has been pusblished the first time.

Another scenario : imagine you pushed a report and want to suddenly restrict some access to some values for a specific column without having to break all bookmark's people

As developers, We just cannot "force" this filter to user personal bookmark.

How to recreate it :

This problem can be reproductible with only one table with 2 lines, all you have to do is :

• Publish the report, create your own personal bookmark, customize it by selecting the forbiden value on a slicer to be able to see if a change will Impact it or not
• Then publish again the report with a filter
• You will see the personal bookmark will not be changed
