RE: Ability to export Data from PBI Desktop to Excel
This is a real drop ball moment! I have been in the data analytics game for a decade. used multiple tools and I keep finding power BI always comes up short on the little things. Who thought not including this was a good idea!

Hi,
Currently we can export max 30k records in Power BI. It would be good, if data export limitations increase to more.

First of all are you aware of the downfalls of the csv-file at the Microsoft?
Regional settings jungle is a nightmare when working with csv-files. Resulting nothing but tears, increased blood pressure and as a result, premature death.
Please, please, implement a way to export directly to xlsx-file. I am begging you!

I need the ability to have users filter on their own data and export to EXCEL - There is a single large Power-BI model with over 70 users. Currently the managers split the files and email them to the users. Having the ability to export in EXCEL is necessary - as they need to can keep track of their actions related for each line in the exported data. Allowing Self-Service to users directly to Excel, in excess of 30K records is a huge
