Enable column resize in lakehouse table preview UI

Issue: can't resize lakehouse columns to view column names in full in table preview UI even though the mouse cursor changes when positioned over a column's edge to indicate that resize is available.

Either disable mouse cursor shape change or implement UI functionality to achieve consistency with UI/UX behavior across Microsoft product suite. I understand you can display all the columns in the left pane, so who cares if you don't see the names in full at the top of the table in the preview pane. Small thing, but consistent UI/UX language is important.
