Fabric platform
PlannedPlease add git integration and deployment pipeline and/or ADO release pipeline support for high priority items: Data pipeline, Dataflow Gen2, Notebook

Context:
- Having git + deployment support for historically/frequently used artifacts would be very helpful to teams who are migrating ADF/Synapse/Power BI assets to Fabric.
- See: Overview of Fabric Git integration - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
- ...integration with source control...Currently, in Preview, only a few items are supported, but the list of supported items is growing.
- The following items are currently supported:
- Reports
- Paginated reports
- Datasets (except push datasets, live connections, and model v1)
Idea:
- Please add git integration and deployment pipeline and/or ADO release pipeline support (or the general ability to deploy) for historically/frequently used artifacts:
- Data pipeline (Preview)
- Dataflow Gen2 (Preview)
- Notebook (Preview)
Thank you for your consideration on this.

We are working these days on supporting Fabric items: Notebook support was just launched, Data pipeline is underway, and Dataflow Gen2 will follow.

We will require Dataflow Gen2 also.

I would also add Fabric Warehouses to the list (not yet supported on the deployments despite docs statements https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/cicd/deployment-pipelines/understand-the-deployment-process#supported-items)

+1We have git integration for data pipelines in Azure Data Factory bit hard to justify switching to fabric pipelines without it. Helps to promote changes, keep history of change, etc
