    REST API - Get report description and dataset description

    It is good to have Power BI REST API to get report and dataset description besides the Power BI workspace description. Which will help the organization to get all Power BI reports for better management.

    I note that the Power BI REST API does not provide Dataset description, but does for Dataflows??
