Bring Back Color and/or Sections to Power BI Service

Power BI service was easy to use on two fronts

1) Color coded objects in Power BI Service to quickly tell the difference between a Dataset, a Dashboard, and a Report

2) a "Product page" where we had the Reports and Dashboards, and a Dataset page

It's very rare that we need to select a dataset, so it becomes more cluttered with them there.

Alternatively, give options for default loading on the filtering or cached settings between workspaces so we don't have to filter out datasets each time.

This latest update is a step backwards in UX/UI usability.
