People who publish organizational content packs need to know who is using them, who has personalized them. Also the IT organization of a company needs to know this for all content packs published to their Power BI tenant

RE: Need usage metrics on organizational content packs
Development needs to work on this, using content packages is the best way to structure access to the organization's users and should also be the best way to analyze usage metrics. I opened a ticket for this and for the time being it is only possible using the apps. We are waiting, thank you.

What better tool than Power BI To monitor usage of Power BI?
RE: Need usage metrics on organizational content packs
To add to this, more specifically. Functionality similar to that of web analytics on a website would be great.
1. Who has added the content pack and when
2. When was the last time they viewed a dashboard/report/dataset from that content pack.
3. When and which tab were they on in a given report
4. What customizations/filters did they apply for our reports.
