    Group Measures and Columns

    I would like to group like measures and columns together. With a large database I may have up to a hundred measures and 20 columns and it would be easier to put them into groups like Product Data, Ranking, $ Volume, etc...

    I've prepared a mockup for this as well as a DAX Editor. Let me know what you think. In the grid you could add a column to label each measure and group them together.

    I totally agree with that. Alphabetic order makes sense. But having a measure for the revenue and the margin which is within one "topic" could be handled much easier by themes or groups.

    There was a simmilar idea here in the community. Where the same problem should be handled by pining measures as favorites on top of the bar.

    I think that a combination of both features would be fantastic.
