Needs Votesdistinguish between Administrator , dataset admin, report and dashboard admin and reader roles

besides the Admin and Reader Role, it would be great in addition to the two mentioned roles to have a dataset admin and a report and dashboard admin.
the dataset admin can control the dataset and download the pbix file and edit it.
the report admin can only create reports and dashboards, but cannot download the pbix. file

'Current Situation / Problem
You can assign any people, who can administer the gateway. Once they assigned, they have full access to the gateway and have the rights to assign and remove other users to/from the administrator role. Therefore, they also be able to remove the owner of the gateway. If that happened, the on-premise PowerBI-Gateway, configured with the affected account, will no longer be manageable.
Request:
1. The account used to create the gateway (Owner) may not be removable by other assigned administrators.
2. Create a new role e.g. "Data Source Administrators". Member of this role should have the following rights:
- Create, modify and remove Data Sources
- Add and remove Users to/from the Data Sources
