    Allow Targets and Limits to be Measures

    Many Visuals allow for limits , Min and Max etc. on the Formatting Tab, (for example the Thermometer - which I know is a Custom Visual) but allow them all be data driven through Measures, instead of Hard Coded

    Hard to believe that no one else needs this? Oh well guess I'm just weird!
