    Today I was building a report with my university account about covid-19 and I couldn't make it public due to licensing problems.

    I tried to buy the product with my personal account just to publish the report, and I wasn't abled to. This is extremely frustrating.

    We need to be able to register using a personal account.

    Agreed and voted. We learn technologies and then suggest them to our customers. Microsoft will not conquer this market if individual developers are unable to learn the product. The income for MS is not from us developers but from the services that our implementations consume, so please MS, we will all benefit from this change.

    Great idea, the logic behind the authorization for business account only users is flawed, and only E5 level O365 account holders may use Power BI via O365.
