I like the expand/collapse buttons in a Matrix. But if a line has no values to drill down to it would be nice if you hide or remove the expand icon from that one line only. It confuses people as they think there are values to expand to. And if you hit the button all it does is blank out the values for that line and bold everything else in the matrix.

RE: Matrix: Hide Expand icon when no drill down data for item
Seeing the progress Power BI has made in this time, I want to say this is a must have feature specially after the new Matrix UI upgrade, I was expecting it to be part of the same 2 months back.Requesting a simple but must have feature for Matrix visual, All I request is to stop expand (+ / - ) for the row which can't be drilled to next level, as it doesn't makes sense to see blank after + then again blank & then some value (similar to what we've seen 2 lvl up.Thanks

Please make this feature happen to increase the usability of matrices in Power BI!

Yes, please! This would be great. The current matrix does not provide acceptable experience for the user, IMO.
RE: Matrix: Hide Expand icon when no drill down data for item
Simple change, still needed. I have a matrix with 4 levels. Some rows extend to level 4, while others stop at level 2. I want to hide the '+' sign if there are no levels 3 or 4.
