On-Premise Lync / Skype for Business integration on the Service for asking help or feedback

So an idea I had was: what if an on-premise Lync / Skype for Business window could appear (as a dashboard tile, or sidebar, or popup widget, or something similar) that would have, for example, the company's Power BI Developers listed for direct chat assistance. Similar to other company websites that have those random popups that say "Do you need help? Start a chat with a representative".

Scenario: A dashboard user goes to their dashboard, has an issue, and needs help for whatever reason ("don't see data" or "see incomplete data" or "something is broken". They go to this Lync / Skype for Business window (it'd be tiny or compact) that lists the team that develops / publishes the dashboard (either as a Team Distribution Group or individual users) so that they can request direct help via IM, or Lync Call, Share Monitor session, etc..

This obviously might require some On-premise Gateway functionality or other O365 integration, but maybe something like this could be a great internal support tool.

We have been wanting to implement this idea in our PowerBI Dashboard too after receiving this interesting insight from the onsite teams

Have you acheived this ? or have any idea on how this can be done
